What Type Of Accommodations Are Provided?
Sonoran Suites owns and operates our own condo vacation rentals in 6 Southwest destinations.One, two and three bedroom
units are available with your choice of one king bed or two twin beds in each bedroom. Our furnished units include a
full kitchen and are equipped with all major appliances including a full size washer/dryer.
On site amenities include heated pools and Jacuzzi's, BBQ grills, workout facilities, covered parking,
and tennis/volleyball courts (select locations).

What Is Required To Make A Reservation?
Sonoran Suites requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Final payment is charged to the card on file the day of arrival.
If you would like to charge a credit card other than the card used to make the reservation please provide that no less than
72 hours prior to arrival. Sonoran Suites prohibits guests under the age of 25 from making a reservation or occupying a
unit without supervision.

Can I Guarantee A Specific Unit?
Yes, for a minimal fee Sonoran Suites will guarantee a specific unit for your reservation. Sonoran Suites operates multiple properties
in select cities, for the same fee you can request a specific property as well. Please ask a representative for details.

What Additional Services Are Offered?
Sonoran Suites provides discounted golf tee times, adventure packages including tickets to local attractions,
sporting events, tours and spa packages. Cable television upgrades, internet service, rollaway beds, crib rentals,
additional housekeeping, grocery service and rental cars are also available for a fee at most locations.

What On Site Amenities Are Available?
Heated pools, jacuzzi's, workout facilities, BBQ grills, covered parking and business centers are available depending
on the location of your reservation. Please inquire at the time of reservation if you have specific needs or requests.

How Are The Beds Set-Up?
Each bedroom will have your choice of either one king bed or two twin beds set-up prior to arrival.
Our units do not have "pullout couches," a rollaway bed is available for an additional $20 per night if needed.

What Is The Maximum Occupancy In Each Unit?
For the safety of our guests and to comply with local fire regulations, the maximum occupancy is as follows:
One Bedroom Unit - 3 guests, Two Bedroom Unit - 5 guests, Three Bedroom Unit - 7 guests.
This includes children and infants.
